Poly CCX350
Microsoft Windows 11

I have a Poly CCX 350 IP phone that I am testing for implementation as a Teams capable common area phone.

Firmware: 9.1.1.0324

Teams: 1449/1.0.94.2025165302

Intune: 24.09.1

Authenticator: 6.2410.7268

Admin Agent: 1.0.0.202505080136.product (v784)

Device Settings: 2.0.5

Partner Agent: 1.3.2.1

I have looked through the programming that can be done with the Teams Admin Center for line key programming and it is lacking.

We would prefer the ability to pick up a parked call from a shortcut assigned to the line keys added to each device in the Entra group. Presently the method is to open dial menu, select the ellipses menu and select Pick up a parked call, and then enter the code for the call.

I want all of this to be a single button press that can be assigned to a line key. Is this possible programmatically on this phone, or is it all done with the Teams engine?

Hello @IHatePrinters40 ,

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

When the Poly Phone runs the Microsoft Teams application, none of the Poly Softkey or EFK examples will work. You will need to work with our Partner Microsoft or post the question in a more Microsoft-focused community.

Best Regards
