Hi !

 

Does anyone found any methods to refresh pairing code remotely in teams app for Poly CCX series?

Either via API or other methods?

Welcome back to the HP Poly community. Your post has been moved to the correct section.

 

There is no API when in another Provider mode. You can reboot the phone to refresh the code.

This is my challenge too, as the code will not generate after i have rebooted or factory reset the device.

It will only generate when i click on refresh button manually.

Hello @Andy_C_928 ,

 

I did mean a factory reset, a normal reset won't suffice. You need to work with our Partner Microsoft to add an API option to refresh the code.

Unfortunately, i tried factory reset and it did not generate the code until i press the button manually.

Is this something we need to check with Microsoft and nothing we can do here?

Our Partner Microsoft provides the Microsoft Teams Application to us and other vendors and the application is their responsibility. We have no access to the App to refresh the Code.
