Hello,

 

I bought Poly Blackwire 5220. Today, I started to use it. But I have a update problem. 

Status is connected but i cant update my system from 223_0_0 to 224_0_0. Two times i deleted the program and resetup again. But it is not fixed.

 

Could you please help me ?

Thank you for posting your query.

1. Could you please install the Poly Lens application on the personal PC and check if you are trying on the office PC, as the office PC has a lot of restrictions?
2. Could you please uninstall and reinstall the Poly Lens application and check the version of the application to see if it is compatible with the PC? If compatible, please try updating the firmware once again. 
3. If the above steps do not work, please go to lens.poly.com and download the latest firmware version. Then go to the Poly Lens application, select headset, click on support, then click on device info and logs, then click on custom software updates, and then click on update. Once you click, please select the required firmware version and update the firmware.

I could not get the result. Still I cant upload my headset

In 3rd step; "Once you click, please select the required firmware version and update the firmware."  

 

What will i upload or select ?

I can use my headset without any problem. Only, i can not update it

I request that you try updating the firmware on a different laptop or a mobile phone so that we can check if the headset firmware is updating on the mobile phone.
