Poly Voyager 4320 USB-A Headset +BT700 dongle
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Genesys users experience a double beep every  few seconds after they put a call on Hold.  After taking the call off Hold, the beeping does not stop.  Uninstalling the headset did not resolve the problem.  Uninstalliing and then deselecting all the softphones except Genesys worked till the computer was rebooted.

Welcome to HP Support Community.
 Please follow the troubleshooting steps:

  • Set the headset as a default audio device under PC sound settings.
  • Ensure that only one softphone application is opened at a time.
  • Set the targeted softphone under Poly Lens application.
  • Try connecting the headset using native Bluetooth.
  • Ensure your headset firmware is up-to-date.
  • Test the headset with different softphone and PC.

If the issues still persist, I would request you contact our HP Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link.
