Model: Voyager Focus UC

Firmware Version: 715

Description of the problem: I am experiencing a persistent technical failure with my Voyager Focus UC headset. While the device works perfectly for media playback, it becomes unusable during voice calls. As soon as a call starts and the microphone is activated, the headset starts emitting a continuous and rhythmic beeping sound. During this state, I cannot hear any audio from the call and my microphone does not capture any sound.

Troubleshooting already performed:

  1. Tested on multiple devices (PC and laptop), experiencing the same issue on both.

  2. Attempted to disable Smart Sensors and Mute Alert via software.

  3. Verified that the firmware is updated to version 715.

  4. Reinstalled Bluetooth drivers and adjusted Windows sound settings.

The issue occurs across different platforms only when the microphone is engaged. I suspect a hardware failure related to the internal sensors or the communication module. I request a technical review or replacement.
