Product: 25es Monitor

The 25es Monitor (Product code: T3M82AA) display is not working. The power-cord is connected to the back with the power light on the back on. The display is completely black and the light indicator for the display does not turn on.  Holding the power button down for 10 seconds does not do anything to the display so it is not locked. Does anyone know how to fix this problem or what the root of this problem is? Is the power button just broken or are there electrical issues on the inside?  Please help.
