Hello HP community

After a windows 10 update around 3 weeks ago all of a sudden my bluetooth keyboard and mouse were not working properly any more. So I did some reseach and tried different methods. So after rebooting and driver update of my bluetooth dongle from CSR I could use them from time to time, but then again the ´connection´was lost. 

This is extremely annoying and I hope that someone knows how to fix this. 

I found some Error Code 31 topics here in the community and I also checked if I can apply some solutions, but it did not work out so far.
