Product: mac mini
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

Hello,

Yesterday i purchase the HP EliteDisplay E273q and i wanted to connect it with my mac mini late 2012 thru display port to get the 2k resolution. Mac mini supports 2k thru mini display port and HD thru HDMI. I am able to connect it via HDMI with FHD resolution but i cannot connected via display port. I bought a cable mini displayport to displayport because mac mini has mini dp but i get nothing at all. Is it a faulty cable or I cannot connect it that way? thank you in advance
