Hi Community,

HP writes on Page 11 of the Hardware Reference Book (page 19 of the Document - http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06050877 ), that Nr. 2 is a PCI Express x4 Slot. After I tried to install the new bought hardware i realized that it is only a PCIE 1X Slot....  Email Support wont answer on several requests for more than 2 months now...

Now I Installed  Optane memory in a 1 X PCIe to M2 Adapter. It is recognized by Intel SSD Tool Box correct. If I turn on the Optane Modus in UEFI the system wont boot anymore...This Problem seems to be known, since there a workarounds for similar Desktop PCs by HP- but i didnt find one for this model. 

 

I would be glad if u could offer me any solution here.
