I have been using this SW for about a month and added about 15 devices from my network. 

It has now stopped working. I have uninstalled both the assistant and framework, downloaded the most up to date version and reinstalled. 

 

the software opens but does not display anything other than a quick 'home' page, then it closes again. 

 

I do not intend to restore my PC to a previous restore point , so either a decent suggestion or I will have to bin using the software.
