Product: Elitebook 830 G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Greetings, 

recently I bought HP Elitebook 830 G5 with preinstalled Windows 10 Pro... Laptop did not want to boot the windows, so I reinstalled a new copy and applied the same serial key.

 

The problem is; I cannot get fingerprint sensor to work. In device manager, there are no biometrics devices, no unknown devices, my bios does not have biometric enable option and when I try to install hp driver for it, nothing happens. 

 

Can somebody please help me to solve this problem? 

 

Laptop was brand new, I opened it from the box. I am sure I have fingerprint sensor because i can see it 😄
