Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Has anyone else had difficulty connecting Apple Airpods to their HP Laptop? When I connect them to Bluetooth, the audio quality is poor. I can hear whatever I'm listening to, but the audio "stutters" and there doesn't seem to be a strong connection. The Bluetooth does work perfectly fine with another speaker I have though, so it seems to just be an issue with connecting the Airpods to the laptop (the Airpods connect fine to my phone and all the other devices I've tried). Any advice on how to fix this?
