Hello,
Today, when I turned the computer on, the computer got into loops of a BIOS update process.
I dont know where it came from, I hadn't tried to perform any bios update or any other task in the computer beforehand.
the symptoms are:
1. when I turn the computer on, a loud fan noise begin on the left side of the computer, and the screen is totally black.
2. after around 3 minuets, the screen is turn itself on, and the "System BIOS update" screen shows.
3. after around 3 minuets, the screen is turn into a black display with the "Hp" logo in the middle.
4. after around 1.5-2 minuets, the computer shut it self off.
then the process starts from 1-4 again and again.
I tried the win+B buttons solution but it didnt help.
what should I do?
Thanks
