hp probook 650 g2

Good day Community.

I have that problem - I tried to update BIOS in HP ProBook 650 G2 from 1.04 or 1.05 (i don`t remember properly) to 1.17 version. I installed spXXXXXX.exe directly to windows and then select  "Update". Backup process done normally, without any errors. Then this wizard ask me for restart. Laptop rebooted, update process done normally, after that one more reboot, and...... laptop doesn`t turns on - when i press power button BIOS doesn`t shows any screens, not at all. Only system fan spinning at max speed and Caps Lock and Num lock keys flashing one time - two times - one time - one times etc.

I tried to create recovery flash drive with bios image like in this article:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02693833

Also i read and tried this:

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Operating-System-and-Recovery/BIOS-UPDATE-Failure/td-p/579774...

But when i hold Win+B, pressing power button for 3 secs, Blue HP logo appears on the screen for 0.5-1 second, then BIOS update screen appears for MILLISECONDS and laptop goes to reboot loop.

I also tried to create flash drive with different versions of BIOS - didn`t work for me.

Note - there are 3 folders on a created flash drive in directory Hewlett-Packard\BIOS\ - "Current","New" and "Previous". BIOS bin file exists only in "Current" directory. That`s normal?

Please help with resolve my problem.
