Product: hp 15-da0077tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop is charging and draining rapidly . It charges up till 70% and doesn't go beyond  that . Once the battery reaches around 30% it automatically shuts down . I purchased this laptops around 2.5 years ago . I have started to get this problem just few days back . I did troubleshooting , but nothing detected . I tried uninstalling battery drivers  then restarted my pc , even this didn't solve the problem . I checked my battery report . It says current full charge capacity is still around 80 % of

what was there initially . I have included the screenshot , please look into this .
