Product: Probook 4420s
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hi, my probook 4420s laptop is having boot loop issue. When i turn it on the logo appears and then the screen flashes ( i am not sure how many times). I have tried hard reset, i tried bios reset by power+windows+B keys nothing happens, even if i hold windows and B keys for too long. The other option of cmos reset with power+windows+v keys does not work at all. I have reset bios to default from startup menu, but nothing happened same issue. Please guide me what to do.
