Product: Spectre 14
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have a brand new HP Spectre 14 and I started to notice that one of the fans only "pulses" and never runs more than 1 second.

I have tried several Device Modes in System Control and it's always the case.

Even under heavy load one of the fan only pulses, is that normal? I feel like one of the fans is broken and cannot spin more than one second.

Here's a video with audio of what I'm talking about (https://streamable.com/iu4kpp) it's hard to capture but you can notice two fans one of them (the louder one) is only pulsating every few seconds.

 

I got all the updates installed (including BIOS) and the computer is like 10 days old.
