Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just received my new HP Omen (bought from the HP website) last monday.  Yesterday (1/30), it started encountering an issue in which every few hours, the whole computer would just suddenly freeze while I tried to use the mouse to pan in google maps. First the I can't pan anymore, and all icons stop responding when I hover over them, and then the cursor stops moving a few seconds later. The only way to get out of this was to hold down the power button for 5 seconds and let it reset.  This happened three times last night, twice when I was using Chrome and once when using Edge.  I have run all of the troubleshooters and HP Support Assistant tools on this computer, and they have all come out fine.  I was running Rhinoceros 3d at the same time (using google maps to create a 3d model site), but this issue only happens when I am using google maps.  Has anyone else ever encountered this issue?
