HP Recommended
Product: HP Envy X 360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am setting up my brain new Envy X 360 and trying to use my second screen an HP E-273, this screen starts with a low resolution 640 X 480 and I cannot change this resolution from the system menu it is grayed out.
