Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina
Hi,
I am currently using MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2016, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports), and is on macOS Catalina 10.15.7.
I am using HP USB-C G4 Dock to extend my views to two other monitors. Before, it was working with my MacBook Air 2017 then changed my laptop to MacBook Pro.
When MacBook Pro is plugged-in via USB-C in the dock, it charges which means that it has successful connection, but nothing appears in the monitors, and says “no monitor/s detected” in the DisplayLink Manager tab.
To date, I have installed the latest DisplayLink Manager, and also its plugins.
I hope to hear from you soon about your expert opinion about this issue.
Thank you.
Regards,
DK
