Product: HP Notebook 15-ay108cy
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently my notebook tried to update, after the attempted update I can no longer access my desktop. My notebook will power on, show a blue screen that says “please wait,” and then takes me to my Lock Screen. Once I enter my PIN, it loads into a black screen. I can see my cursor and that’s it. I have no other functions beyond that.
