Hello,

 

I started my Laptop today and my Clickpad is not working anymore, what could it be?

I'm sure that it can't be broken from the inside...

 

Laptop Information:

 

HP ProBook 450 G4 (Windows 10 - 64 Bit)

Product Nr. Z2Z77ES#ABD

 

Mouse/Clickpad is the Synaptics SMBus Clickpad.

I already uninstalled the drivers and installed it again a couple of times but nothing is working - what could it be?
