Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I recently had the problem that my notebook (HP ProBook 440 G7 (6XJ55AV)) hangs up. If it hangs, there is nothing I can do other than press the power button. Small applications like Microsoft Office are sufficient. The temperatures are also very high. About 65-100 degrees. Due to the warm / hot temperatures on the back, you can hardly touch the notebook. The notebook is still under warranty.
Do you have a solution for me?
