HP Recommended

My 3 year old HP Spectre 360 screen is black

 

after using my laptop with new antivirus and everything updated two days ago, I went to turn it on today and the screen remained black. The power button lights up and flashes and the charging light works yet there is no noise from the fan and the screen is black. I have searched for hours for a solution. So far no combination of the power button and the cord have worked. It is fully charged (when the cord is plugged in the light is white not Orange)
