Product: HP ZBook 15 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Last night, i shutdown after using the laptop. But in the morning, when i click the power button, nothing happened.

 

I tried to plug in the ac adapter, but the circle light is white (not orange, not charging), and the front light bar is also white (but sometimes turned off)

 

i also have tried to pull off the battery (the power on button and front light bar flashing quickly) and put the ac adapter, same thing

 

i also tried to charge it using the wall electricity

 

i use original ac adapter

 

i think the problem is because last night it doesnt shutdown properly, and the battery keep draining

 

please, anyone who can fix this
