Zbook 15 G3
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello!

I have a problem with image assistant and my Zbook 15 G3 with Xeon e3-1505m. BIOs is updated to 1.52. W10 is 20H2.

When i rum HPIA it doesn't recognize my BIOS setup. It recognizes the version but not the setup. So i can't see or choose differences between the target image and the reference image. With a Zbook 17 G3 (same BIOS and OS Version) everything works fine. The Zbook 17 is not very old but  the Zbook 15 is definitely older.

Is there a difference between the "age" of the two laptops? I mean when the laptops are build? Is there a date of Zbook G3 series when HPIA is completley  supported?

I hope someone has a soloution.

Please ecuse my bad englisch!

Thanks in advance!
