HP Recommended
HP Zbook 17 G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

System setup as follows ...

  • HP Zbook 17G2 (764091R-999), Windows 10, NVidia Quadro K5100M (Driver Version 361.80)
  • Advanced Docking Station (NZ223AA#ABA)
  • HP Z34c Curved Display (attached to Docking Station with DVI Cable)

The issue that I am having is as follows ...

  • With the HPBook17G2 in the dock, PC Screen Closed - when playing digital content using Netflix or Hulu I can hear the video playing but cannot see the video on the HPZ34c widescreen display
  • With the HPBook17G2 in the dock PC Screen Open - when playing the same digital content, I can hear video playing, but can only see the video when the Hulu/Netflix is on the PC Screen not the HPZ34c widescreen display. If I span the Netflix Hulu Window across the two screens (PC and HPZ34c) the video is displayed on the PC Screen Only.
  • Video content from YouTube plays just fine on all displays.

I have completed the following troubleshooting Steps:

  • Updated Windows 10 PC Drivers
  • Updated NVidia Quadro K5100M Drivers
  • Connected directly to the DVI port on the side of the PC, with the PC undocked.
  • Used different DVI/DVI Cable
  • Tried DVI (PC) /HDMI (HP Z34c Display) Cable

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
