HP Elitebook 8560p
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have an HP Elitebook 8560p laptop which if i start up or boot it always shows Product Information Not Valid, i upgraded my laptop from Windows 7 Ultimate to Windows 10 Pro. In windows 7 i did not encounter this problem upon booting it does not show when i boot up the computer, it automatically goes to Windows 7 logo, However from the moment i upgraded my software to windows 10 Pro, this problem occured. Hope you can help me and i researched that a HP DMC tool is needed, is this correct and where can i get it or download it. Thank you and more power.

My Laptop Specs are 500GB SSD, 8GB DDR3 memory and the graphocs is 1024MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 6470M  and my operating system is Windows 10 Pro 64 bit.
