Product: EliteBook 8440p
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Quick launch button is not going to disable that is right on the caps lock button, it is showing lock icon and 1.

keyboard shift, ctrl, fn, and Fn keys are not working. I think it is due to enabling of lock icon 1 button on touch buttons over the keyboard

Please help me to disable this button.
