HP Recommended

I've this out of warranty notebook model Y7Z79ES W10 64 bit AMD Processor.

After upgrade BIOS from F24 to F37 version and succesfull ok message result after many reboots black screen, only led power white,  fan running but no post. I tried to recover bios (Winkey + B or Winkey + V and power button HP how to recover from bios fail) but nothing happen. Tried to momentary RAM and battry disconnected same situation: no post black screen, power on  ok and white led and fan running. When I connect power jack it power immediatly but same situation. I powered off (long press button) sut after release power button in start but same situation. I understood sysbord gone fail. But why ? The strang is selecting Windows7 Os
