Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

hello , 

I have a problem with SolidWorks, recently the program crash when I create a new plane. 

Thus, I reinstall the program, and the program is not going well, and can't be install. 

Please help, how to solve the problem, 
I feel like going to Format My PC, 

it's my work and I can do any job right now!

please help!
