HP probook 450 g7

My laptop can not boot into windows, it shows the HP logo and then turns off and restarts again, and I can not access to BIOS setup too. I tried to reset the computer by removing all devices and holding the power button for 15s, but it did not work, and BIOS reset, by holding Windows button and B (even V) when pressing powwer button, but thing didn't work either.

I followed this link, but it didn't help: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Operating-System-and-Recovery/Laptop-restarting-after-hp-logo...

Here is the video of it: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1AkQkijv9hps2IaEYgb2l8615-dY6GJms/view?usp=drivesdk

I think it's not the hardware problem, because moments before things just worked as usual, and then I restarted the laptop, chose boot from file, and chose an EFI file to boot as usual. But then screen show text reset system and then turn off, and thing starts to happen.
