Product: HP ProBook 450 G5 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I received a new laptop and am trying to do the initial setup. After going through a few questions it started checking for updates. That was 24 hours ago and it is still checking for update. I shut it down. It went back to the same screen as soon as it came up. It does not appear to be frozen. There is spinning dots in the center of the screen. Could it take over 24 hours to get the updates?
Thanks
