Product: spectre

My camera is not working. I usually unlock my computer (which is a spectra hp) either with face id or my pin. Now I can only use my pin because the internal lash that my computer has for the camera is not opening. I cannot use the camera for zoom either... it's simply not working. I tried to contact help and they said that my college did something in my computer license (because I'm using my institutional email to access my computres) and that was why my camera was no working (that make no sense).... I contacted my college just in case and they were literally laughing.... of course they didn't did anything to my computer... I bought it myself and they have no access to my things. I just need my camera to work again since I need it for class...
