Product: Example: Spectre x360

I had my laptop on upgrade the other night. The next morning I tried to turn on but it was turning on. I tried to charge it but it’s not charging either. The white light keeps blinking everytime I try to charge or turn on. There’s nothing wrong with charger since it’s working on other laptop. Can please some help?
