Product: Pavillion DV5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

It looks like this is a BIOS issue from what I have read. Trying to create a new file to copy from a USB, the HP website says it can't find the PC numbers. It is 11 1/2 years old, yet I upgraded it to Windows 10 ( I am not sure if 32 or 64 bit, but it worked well for a good few years)  a few years ago.

 

Does anyone have any good answers as to how I can get a BIOS file for this PC?
