HP Recommended
Product: HP ProBook 6470b
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good morning, I have a problem with my HP Probook 6470b. As of today, the message Product Invalid appears and asks for information such as the serial number, SKU number and CT number, but I have no idea how I can enter this information. to the BIOS or reset it to how it was previously I would appreciate your support as I urgently need my laptop for work from home.Error MessageError Message
