HP Recommended
I had the same problem mine is a HP Notebook 15-ay039wm my laptop kept freezing so I Factory reset it like 2 weeks ago and it says installing Windows 10 but is stuck on 64% and it keeps turning on and off I did the steps you listed above and everything passed what do I do now ?
