Hello, 

i bought a new laptop 15s-gr0010AU few days before. now i noticed that the right side alt key is not functioning. i took it to the nearest hp care centre , they said after OS re installation the it is working and handed over the lap to me . when i checked it form my home , to my surprise the problem still not resolved. My brother also bought the same lap , he too have the same problem. when i checked with some online keyboard checking website, what i can see is , while pressing the right side alt key, the left side ctrl key is also blinking on the screen. anybody can suggest any solution for the same.
