Product: HP ZBOOK 15U G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear Community, whenever I try to draw something on OneNote or Screen Snip tools, the screen blinks every time I click left on mouse. I have updated bios and graphics driver myself. However the problem continues and I cannot operate properly on my computer because of this issue. Hope to get an answer from you. An example video of the problem can be seen in below link.
