Hello,

I need help. I've been having some serious pc lags for the pass 2 days. I have an anti-virus with a vpn, thought that was the issue, seems not. I tried performing diagnostics (hp, windows, anti-virus' own); I've tried to update drivers on pc. Run ram reclaimer, defragment, memory tests, etc. I have 2 disks drives. 1 TB each but each are like a quarter full or less. I have 16 gb memory. Most times my max memory use is like 4gb to 5gb. I use a usb mouse. I even tried using a new one. I play a moba game few times per week but not to the point where it will affect the system...I need help. Please someone. I am frustrated nothing that I seem to do helps. Do you think I need more memory even though I've barely used up the space on each hard drive. Let me know your thoughts. Please and thanks.

(Note 1: I do have coding software, music production software and designer software installed on the pc but I have not been using these software since of late. I really don't think this is where the issue lies.

Note 2: Had this PC from 2018.)
