My problem is that

I bought a new laptop and connected to my monitor(s) by using an HP deckstation.

But whenever I work, I realize that windows 10 is slowing down, as described below.

"n first cuple of minutes when working (after starting computer), window fade in and fade out animations are smooth and fine. But all of a sudden, without any special cause, UI starts to be slow. Frame rate drop is very obvious, and it looks bad. For example, when I move one opened window to another monitor, everything happens with a lag.  Basically, nothing is fluid any more."

Can you help me?
