Product: EliteBook 8440w
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I just bought this and it worked fine until I accidentally closed it while trying to reset it. Now when I boot it up, it keeps looping and doesn't even go to the Windows screen. All it does is make a crackling sound and keep looping. I tried diagnostics and it kept looping at the run-in test. I tried removing and reinstalling the battery as well. Please help.
