Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello Team,


I'm facing a strange technical issue with my Laptop TouchPad scroller on HP ProBook 4520S.
TouchPad scroll works fine with almost every application except Windows native Apps i.e. Start Menu, Stores, NEWS etc.
Its working absolutely with Windows Explorer, Google Chrome, Excel, Word, Power Point but no luck with Windows Native Apps.

 

I have tried almost every thing i.e. Registry Key changes, Changing settings under Devices> Mouse & TouchPad but no luck at all on this. Also tried updating latest driver for Synaptics TouchPad.
If any of you are aware of this issue pls advise the fix for it?

 

Detail are as per below:
OS: Windows 10 Pro x64
TouchPad: Synaptics ClickPad V7.4
PS: Earlier it was working fine with Windows 8.1 Pro.
