15-cs1065cl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can't believe I actually bought another HP and right out of the box the left touch pad button clicker on the touch pad is so difficult to click that it takes all my force down to click it.   Now while the 15-cs1065cl is the worst model with this issue I have encountered to date, you must have a manufacturing issue with your supplier, as the click buttons are getting stiffer on all of the Costco models I have tried in the past year, including your last 15.6" you sold there with 1TB drive for around $500 and the recent 14" as well.   There is click-fatigue that is more than evident on all your latest Pavilion models and this one I just bought is not only causing fatigue, it's near impossible to get down without a finger cramp.   What happened to your quality control and how is it possible you are allowing this to happen where the vendor of these touch pads makes the click buttons impossible to "click"!    I just can't believe I fell for another HP marketing gimmick and bought the fancy laptop that doesn't work.
