HP Recommended
Product: HP Spectre x 360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It could be a problem in regard to the latest 1809 windows update but my Windows Hello cannot turn on the camera. I have had HP remote support check everything on my computer but to no avail. They ended up telling me to contact microsoft but as everyone knows this is a futile venture as it is imposible to talk to a human unless to pay.

 

Please can anyone tell me if they are experiencing the same problem and whether or not this is simply a case of waiting for enough people to complain for this problem to be fixed?

 

Currently, everyone is simply passing the blame to someone else.
