Product: Zbook Studio X360 G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This is a newer machine.

 

I have programmed since the 70s---built PCs and Mac mods since early 1992- SO---my drivers are checked and current.

 

Using the built-in webcam using the Microsoft camera app in Windows 10 x64 gives a flickering image that IS recorded in video- not just display.

Plugging in a Logitech camera and using the Logitech software gives no flicker.

 

Where to go after having all HP drivers up to date, BIOS up to date, Windows Update up to date?
