Product: probook450 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

my 6-week old hp probook 450 windows 7 professional will only have this message on the screen...i am unable to even move the cursor, and a mouse won't work either....have restarted, removed battery and restarted, only continually get this error message  on my desktop, and i can't even scroll anywhere.  any suggestions are greatly appreciated
