I have been unable to use my webcam since the day I got my computer. I have tried re-installing the windows, re-installed, and un-installed camera drivers, updated bios, everything that is possible under the sun, I tried. The issue is, when I open my camera app or skype or any other app that uses web camera, I am unable to see my photo. If I open the windows default camera app, then also I am unable to see my photo but on the top, my computer crashes and it gives blue screen.

It seems that there is some driver issue however I am not able to isolate the driver (must be iacamera64.sys) and how do I resolve it. This is a really big issue as I am unable to use my webcam.

Also once I open the windows camera or skype, my webcam only shows black but the light starts and always keeps glowing even after I close the application.

I have also tried this solution but it doesn't resolve.  https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Operating-System-and-Recovery/iacamera64-sys-blue-screen/td-p...

I am also wondering if this is a hardware issue and can it be fixed it I get a new webcam installed in my tablet?
