Hello everyone, I am presenting a problem with my keyboard when I press the C key and ENTER these commands zxc} ty ,.} automatically exit and the volume is also deactivated and the **bleep** key remains pressed, I already removed the keyboard from my laptop and placed one external and I keep presenting the same problem and also re-install windows 10 and the problem continues to persist, I don't know what else to do, please help me
